The investment philosophy of Warren Buffett and Charlie Munger has profoundly influenced my approach to evaluating companies and shaping my investment style. My process starts with a deep dive into understanding a company's business model and the key factors that drive its value. This involves thorough research, including sifting through annual and quarterly reports, listening to earnings calls, and consulting various resources such as investor presentations, news articles, and other relevant company materials. I have a preference for companies whose products or services I understand or have a personal connection with, believing that a tangible relationship with the business adds an invaluable layer to the investment decision.
When it comes to determining the intrinsic value of a company, my methods include the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Model or the Excess Returns Model, depending on the business's nature. This disciplined valuation process ensures that my investments are based on fundamental value, not just market trends.
Ultimately, I hold a firm belief that investing in stocks is one of the most effective ways to grow wealth and achieve financial stability.
